ACTUAL GARBAGE!! ordered topsoil which is meant to be screened. What I got was a mix of sticks, bricks, plastic and broken glass!! Absolute joke DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

It got worse after watering the lawn as it just showed all the rest of the bits in it, not even sure if my kids can even safely play on the grass anymore.

when I’ve contacted them about it they just said “we’ve never had a complaint before” no offer to swap it or refund.

We were looking for some Buffalo meat to cook a Nepalese dish for some friends of ours. We contacted Oakleys and they could not have been more helpful. Having provided us with a sirloin the meal was a great success and the food was amazing. We contacted them again to ask for some more cuts and once an animal was ready we had Stew cuts, Mince and Burgers. All have been amazing and many of our friends who we have shared the foods with have stated its the nicest version they have ever had. Oakleys are helpful, follow up on their promises to contact and supply as needed and product is simply wonderful so much so Buffalo has very quickly become my favourite protein. 10/10

The buffalo meat is so tender and full of flavour. . Literally zero fat comes off it when you cook. I highly recommend the buffalo burgers and buffalo sausages. The sausage that are infused with tomato are some of the best I have tasted. 5/5

Ordered 2 ton of soil for delivery at 2pm or just after they phoned me at 9.45 at work then proceeded to contact my wife also at work, saying my order was ready to be delivered when I said it's a 2pm or just after delivery, I was greeted with well it is what it is ?, I got down my allotment at 1.30pm ready for the delivery with no sign I rang firstly at 14.45 then again 15.35 they rang me back at 16.05 saying they are just leaving the yard with my delivery very poor service and attitude, as the driver who was extremely professional was delivering my order I had a call from the owner saying after his reply to my comments which were absolutely factual he was upset, he informed me that if I didn't up my star ratings he would instruct the driver to not deliver my order and he would issue a refund in 5 working days I find this phone call very bizarre as that's what Google reviews are all about and after reflection I am going to up my star rating by one star as the driver went some way to rectifying this whole episode which I certainly will not be doing again anytime soon
