The finest natural Organic Kefir in the Uk. This Kefir is made from Kefir grains that are the store house of pro biotic positive bacteria that can improve your gut flora dramatically. I have seen vast improvements in my digestion process since starting to drink Nourish on a regular basis. This is a fresh vibrant product that has a natural zing to it when drunk cold. We order ours through Able and Cole, although I understand you can order it direct too.

I have been drinking Nourish Kefir for over ten years and cannot recommend it highly enough. I drink it mainly because I want to keep my gut as healthy as possible, but I’ve also upped the dosage a few times to help me get over stomach bugs and the most awful case of food poisoning. And it always makes me feel better within a few moments. In terms of taste (and effectiveness), I find it far superior to any of the competitors in the supermarkets. If I could give Nourish Kefir 10 stars, I would. In fact, I have. 10 stars from me.

I have started using Nourish Kefir. The company is incredible. I had two lengthy talks with Deborah. The customer service is out of this world. I chose four bottles of goats kefir and four bottles of milk kefir. I like the flexibility. The kefir really tastes delicious. I have great confidence that the kefir will help with my gut issues and my overall health.

Amazing taste and it's so good for you as well!
I recently had a bit of a throat infection and was recommended by a friend to try some Nourish Kefir. It helped hugely and I absolutely love the strawberry flavoured one. Would highly recommend!

I am lucky enough to have Nourish Kefir on my doorstep, and i can honestly say for me this is the best kefir on the market, i have been sourcing kefir from different places and nothing compares ... from the fizz on opening to the taste this really is the real deal, Nourish gave me a full size Strawberry Kefir to sample which i wouldn't normally go for but just as good as the original.
My next batch will try the Goats Kefir ...

Without question the best and most potent kefir on the market. It’s my family’s ‘go-to’ product at the first sign of stomach bugs and it helps every time. The flavoured varieties are delicious and the plain flavour works brilliantly in smoothies. We’ve tried the mass produced brands and in terms of the probiotic effect, they’re not a patch on this one!

THIS is the real stuff! I grew up drinking kefir and after a 30 year hiatus I was on the hunt for the original stuff which is hasn’t been commercialised. Real kefir is fizzy and this one did not disappoint! It’s full of healthy hut bacteria and it’s yummy. No wonder it received a Great Taste Award. Try both cow’s and goat’s kefir, they are beyond tasty.
