A mixed experience, I was looking to buy a bag of compost which was located in the car park. I left it there and walked all around the garden centre to find the tills (an IKEA like layout), but came across a really helpful member of staff who asked me if I needed help and directed me telling me the staff at the tills would arrange for my compost to be carried to my car. They didn’t seem to recognise what compost I asked for at the till, but offered a similar alternative for a little more money. No one offered to help though and when I came out and realised I had bought 50 litres it was a real struggle getting it to the car.

Unfortunately, the cafe has really gone downhill over the last few weeks. Limited menu, cold food and poor scones. Let's hope things improve

A well put together garden centre with a good selection and reasonable prices.
Completely and utterly let down by rude staff members on the checkouts. The first time I thought perhaps they were just having a bad day, they’re only human but the second time, same woman, still haughty and rude, absolutely no manners, huffing and puffing her way through a simple checkout.
This is my local garden centre less than 5 minutes away but I will not be returning, I’d rather drive the extra half hour or so to crews hill and the garden centres there.
