Great theatre, always enjoy whatever we see here.
Restaurant- prelude is worth a visit .
Drinks are above normal pub price but you expect that in theatres.
Staff always helpful and friendly
Trigger warnings are given if there are special effects.
Toilets are mixed gender, not a criticism just sharing as it seems to catch some unawares.

I came here to see And Juliet on tour and it is a lovely theatre. Staff were helpful and easy to get to your seats. Good priced interval drinks and ice cream and a nice merchandise stand on the ground floor. There was a small queue getting into the theatre for no reason apart from a member of staff was there looking at tickets but not actually scanning these so it would help the process if it could have been speeded up.

Clean and bright outside and entrance. Good displays, relevant to upcoming shows. Plenty of helpful staff. Comfortable seating in the theatre. Good air conditioning.
The toilets are tight for space, especially when there is a pillar in there. They get very busy due to high numbers of people. The foyer also feels cramped when there is alot of movement but the staff placed barriers to control the flow.

Lovely, friendly theatre. I have mobility problems and it was made so easy for me. I've joined the "Row K" gang now ? Here's the view just before the start of 2:22, and at the intermission. A thoroughly enjoyable evening from arrival to departure.

Just watched 'Murder on the Orient Express' last night
Excellent production. Actors, stage crew, props sooooo good.
Air con could do with turning up a bit., possibly. Or just bring an extra layer. Theatre not as stuffy, or hot as used to be pre 2020

Love the Norwich Theatre Royal. We saw Les Mis there which was very impressive. Comfortable seats with good views. The first attached pic is the view from Rear Circle Row R, seat 18. Easy to get to. A couple of minutes from Chapelfield and a bit over 5 minute walk from The Mall. Already got tickets for a couple more shows.

Was here tonight with the better half to watch Magic Goes Wrong. It was absolutely hilarious! I didn’t stop laughing the whole time!
It was clean and tidy, staff were really friendly. My only issue with the theatre is the parking situation!
