From start to finish (and ongoing) a service that was second to none. We bought a property through Northwood(Thorne) who then assisted us finding tenants after we’d renovated it. Every step of the way there was someone available to talk too, regular updates. Quick and friendly service. We now have the perfect tenants for us and Northwood are always just a phone call away if we need any help with anything. Having dealt with numerous estate agents over the years Northwood (Thorne) stand above the others.

Cheryl was so honest and amazing and supportive from day one. Didn't sugarcoat anything unlike other agents. The price was fair and again she was upfront about this.
I loved her honesty from day one. She also understood that I suffer with anxiety and literally her and her team held my hand throughout the whole process!

Just over a year ago we moved my mother in law into an assisted living apartment. Northwoods handled the sale of her house, her home of 52 years and were the agents for the apartment. Understandably my mother in law was very anxious and worried about the move. But right from the very first meeting, Cheryl put my mother in law at ease and was so kind and loving to her.
Sadly move forward a year and my mother in law passed away and it was up to Cheryl and her team to sell the apartment. Again understandably my wife was so upset but Cheryl showed the same compassion to her as she did my mother in law. In fact the whole team have been so lovely and of course so professional. They kept us up to date at every turn and made the whole process so smooth.
