I have ordered numerous bags of topsoil and lately some turf from North Oxfordshire Topsoil and I would not go anywhere else. The topsoil is beautiful to work with and my plants love it. The turf is thriving. We have had a very dry spring and some very hot weather, but the turf is still doing well with some watering. Delivery drivers are wonderful and always put the bags where we ask them, even when we are out. I can't recommend this company enough.

After an initial issue with the online ordering system which after a telephone call was quickly resolved. I can only recommend this company as everything they said they would do they did. The delivery was within the advised window, the driver called 20min prior and the vehicle size was appropriate for the narrow access. The driver was friendly and accommodating with the placing of the bulk bags.
The items them shelves all look ideal for my needs and as ordered.

We've had green compost from these guys twice now and it has been excellent for a long-neglected garden. Everything is flourishing after a heavy mulch, even in our sandy soil. Delivery was very prompt both times, if a little unexpected. Excellent email support too, when we weren't sure which product would be best for our situation. We'll be back in the future.

A big thank you to Denise and the team for such a quick and flawless delivery. Despite the short notice, they got our 2 Tonne on with another delivery. We left a number and the driver very helpfully phoned to say he was nearby leaving me time to nip home and give him access so I have a lot less distance to move the manure and green compost. A huge thank you and will definitely be using North Oxfordshire Topsoil again.

We live down a narrow lane and needed compost and woodchips. We spoke to North Oxford Topsoil, described the lane and they reckoned they could deliver. They did! The driver, Anthony, was amazing: put the bags down, compost in one place, woodchips in another, backing down the very narrow lane, which was almost too narrow for his mirrors. Then unloaded and lined up the bags perfectly! And all in the very best humour. Highly recommended.

I am very disappointed with the quality of the topsoil mix (organic growers) that I ordered recently. It is very inhomogeneous, lumpy, muddy type of top soil. I often found small pieces of plastic and ceramic parts in it. It seems it might be recycled topsoil, the picture on their website not matching what I have received. Anyway, I don't recommend this type of topsoil. I thought wrong bag was delivered, contacted office andbthey confirmed it.

Update: this topsoil caused death to many of my plants, it retained water that destroyed the roots. Really bad one.

I ordered 10 bags of lawn mix top soil and 40m2 of turf. The quality of the products is top-notch and at a fair price, considering delivery cost is included. The online ordering system made the whole process really easy, and when I had under estimated by 1 bag, I was impressed to see the extra bag arrive by 8am the next day. Will definitely be using these guys again for future outdoor projects.
