Poor experience
First time using this company.

During an e-mail exchange about making a payment. I was sent a message between Sarah and Jackie which said 'what a knob'.
Not what you expect from a director of a company.

If It wasn’t for the very helpful yard staff and particularly Lee Spurgeon I would have given 1 star. I was very grateful for how helpful Lee was, this is a man that knows everything about the machines he works with and hires any problems we had he always did his best to help.

Sarah work on your customer service skills. Without customers you don't have a business.

Poor service.
Hired a mini crusher for the day, it finally turned up at 3pm. They let us have it for the following day as well so all good. Waited 2 weeks to get our deposit back after chasing them many times. When we eventually got it back it was minus £48 (which must have been an extra delivery charge even though I paid £60 delivery cost upfront) I asked why they had taken out the extra money but never got a call or email back. Not happy.
