Lisa at the fragrance counter today was
AMAZING! She was so inviting, friendly, easy to talk to, and had a genuine enthusiasm for fragrance. I hope she gets recognition for how incredible at her job she is! Talking to her got me even more excited about fragrance. In addition, she was incredibly humble and kind.

Best shopping place in Utah. They gave me so many house of CB to try. And always make the romantic coffee for me. If there is no item in their inventory, they order and ship free to me. Lovely and helpful people here. Only disadvantage is, since they are so good, you may accidentally buy too much

Made an order online. They were open until 9pm and I was able to pick it up at 8:50pm. All staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Order and pickup worked nicely on their app too.

Anne at the Jo Malone fragrance counter is the best!! She was so helpful as I was trying to find a scent I loved. She helped me discover I'm a real floral person, and she helped me find the perfect floral that complimented my body chemistry. She also let me know to come back another time to buy a trial set to try the layering effect with the fragrances. Can't wait to go back and see her!

I seriously had the most amazing experience. I went to go look at few colognes and fragrances and I went in having very limited experience or understanding of men’s colognes. Mason at the men’s fragrance counter was beyond amazing. He was knowledgeable, such a master at his craft, he helped guide me and walk me through exploring new scents as well as the intent and occasions to wear a given cologne. With this new understanding, I walked out with 6 new fragrances. I will be back and I’m so happy to have talked with Mason.

Ran in last Saturday right as they opened. We needed a gift for a bridal shower. As part of the gift we purchased a nest candle & Nancy in that department was amazing! We were running late and she gift wrapped the entire gift and was so kind and thoughtful.
