Since 2013, we have bought three Nissan Qashqai cars, and we were very satisfied with the first two, and we bought the third Nissan Qashqai Tekna+ 1.3 158 CVT 2WD in the premium equipment package in June 2023, and we have already complained several times about various the problems we have. Some problems have been solved, and for some they rejected our complaint with the excuse that it is all within normal limits (refers to the fifth trunk door). Also, the vehicle often reports an error with a problem with the brakes on the Nissan Connect application, and we received an answer from the service center that it is a problem with the application and that the vehicle does not have any problems, so you drive if you trust what they tell you at the authorized service center.
Quality control, we believe, does not exist on the exit line in the factory.
You have to wait several months for spare parts, and the prices of basic services and consumables are very high.
We believed in Japanese quality for 11 years, but quality seems to have turned into quantity and quality no longer exists.
The attached pictures say it all, a Nissan vehicle probably never again.

Nissan's customer service is the lowest ever.
Be careful. As soon as your warrantee expires, you automatically start having weird problems that force you to use a Nissan dealer to embezzle money from you. They have locked software exclusively for Nissan dealers, which I believe violates consumer rights. I am building a big case against Nissan.

If you ever have a problem and call them, they will assign you a so-called case manager named "Zian." Avoid him. He is a dishonest and unresponsive individual who often takes 10 days to respond before sending a woman to deliver the negative news.

I am using new qashqai premium 4*4 in Turkey. It's only been 3 months. multimedia display is broken. but there are no spare parts in Turkey. It will arrive from England in 30 days. Unbelievable. Vehicle without spare parts is sold. I wonder what Nissan UK and Nissan Japan think about this.

Good breakfast, staff are friendly (zone dependant), authentic themed bar, waiting area they make you work on the cars as part of your visit before and after food, if you're looking for a fun family day out this is cheap as chips, playground could be better, ask to be seated in trim for a full experience

Treat your employees like actual people and don't sack them to replace with younger ones. And this is an extremely ableist company. Treat my dad horribly for all the years he worked there and Treat my fiancé horribly. Avoid assembly jobs at all costs
