Phil usually does the extra for us to ensure we have all supplies we come for, David’s always been there when I need, helped a bunch of times with orders. The whole team at Westport branch are great for the nisbets brand! BARUNO team sincerely appreciates you all!

Purchased a lot of kitchen equipment over the years and smaller glassware etc. Service has been terrible recently as mentioned in other reviews, (especially now with stores closing). They are completely unaccountable. Do not order large items from them - out of warranty, you will pay more for a repair than ordering a new item.

Been ordering from them for about 10 years but recently the service have been very low ( non existing) Wish i could give them zero ratings. Order few things on beginning of June and only delivered half of them and never bothered to send rest until I contacted them after month and they finally acknowledged their mistake and emailed me saying to send shortly but nearly a week after I am still waiting any updates.
Plus I made another delivery order on 1st of July and week after there is no updates.
They only scam with unnecessary emails but no necessary customer care for long life customer.
Won't be ordering with them again. There are better Catering suppliers with better customer services.

AVOID!! Inexperienced and arrogant staff, without knowledge of the products. Went to buy vacuum machine and bags, staff didn’t offer any help and sold me the wrong bags. Half an hour later I called and they asked me to take them back with the receipt. Went to store and the manager, tall and chubby guy always munching something in his mouth in front of customers, become very rude and aggressive and told me he cannot swap the bags as they are opened. Explained that this was the bags staff sold me an hour ago and I can’t use them as they are not suitable with the machine. He told me with a smiley face to keep them and use them for something else. Very rude customer service, we are a local business that’s spends lots of money there but I will definitely never buy anything from them again!

As usual went to buy 6 box of plate and other stuff but didn’t find the size so asked for help , there were 3 gentleman was standing one of them said go find there you will get it then one guy came ,he was trying to help out but the same time another tall and chubby guy came , he didn’t want to listen to me at all don’t know the reason then wanted to speak to manager , he is not allowing. Don’t know why behaving like that way I found very worst customer service and racist 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
