Used a handful of times now, always had a good experience. A very clean reception with a comfortable waiting area that offers free hot drinks. Nice and polite staff, mechanics seem very knowledgeable and also stop to talk through the work that's been carried out or the work that needs doing. Prices are reasonable!

Really nice, friendly people to deal with. Good, old-fashioned customer service, which is something often lacking these days. Nicholsons carried out service to one of my lawnmowers (Hayter), and repair and serviced the other (Cobra electric start). They collected when they said they would, and returned likewise (when they said they would). Costs were very reasonable, with a detailed invoice given (showing parts as well as labour) Can't say fairer than that.

We are a one car family. And having a small baby and a disabled wife, We often need our car sorted in a timely manner. Stalham Engineering have gone above and beyond in setting us up with next day appointments and car rental when we really needed it. I cant thank you enough for your polite and wonderfully kind and understanding service. Id give you 10 stars if it where possible but 5 will have to do. Highly recommended.

Great friendly and competent service. Repaired a coolant leak in my Jaguar and sorted out some other wheel alignment problems. Left my car there whilst I went on a broads boat hire trip for four days. All the work was completed and parts sourced for a reasonable price.

Not the greatest experience I have had. They are main dealers, but unable to sort out my car even though they had four tries at it. They are also quite expensive too. Won't be going back any time soon. However the staff were friendly and helpful to a degree, just couldn't get the car sorted. So in the end I part exchanged it and bought a new one. Not from Nicholson's, I might add.
