I've been trying to return an incorrect order for nearly a month now. I initially wanted to do an exchange with a replacement order but was told I had to place the order and the incorrect order would be collected. I clearly labelled the boxes with the courier's company and left them in a visible place for collection but somehow they missed this.

I've chased collection four times now and each time I'm assured the courier will collect the following day. My last phone call was two days ago. Still waiting for this courier to turn up.

To summarise, ordering is fine but God help you if you need to return something for a refund.

I used to use this company many years ago. I placed an order over a week ago, said it was despatched 4 days later and should be delivered the next day, but I didn't receive. I did email saying I didn't receive, but no reply.
