NIAB is a 100 year old institute into agriculture and botany. Excellent research facilities and a pioneer in Agricultural research in world. 1919 it was established and has excellent facilities foe research. First to develop PVRO guidelines, intrdn of virus free tested potato into ireland, 1-9 scoring system and many more to its credit.
The polyhouse abd fields are excellently maintained and numerous publications in high impact journals have been published.
excellent place for seed research, agriculture research and great opportunity for.students. Their research into wheat and oats is excellent
