Have visited Ned and Jo's barn many, many times. It's a great place to get away from hectic urban life, surround yourself in the beautiful Derbyshire countryside. Lovely walks available right on the doorstep. Also lots of room for camping!

So nice! Way above normal bunk house equipment. Kitchen came second hand from posh house, so granite work tops in situ!

Fantastic setting for hikers. Straight into the country side.

Could maybe have benefited from a small heater in our room. Bunks comfy.

Windows due for renewal. Not a problem in summer months but decent glazing and a small oil-filled heater in the bed rooms would extend the season.

Nice to visit with friends and very peaceful but loses points for broken facilities.
* Shower doors with no locks/or latches,
* only one shower working,
* Toaster broken,
* insufficient crockey (Esp. coffee cups).

Absolutely lovely.
Already trying to plan another visit.
Owners are also amazing. I seriously couldn't recommend this place more. The surrounding areas are beautiful too.
