Very disappointed that I spent the time & effort plus the cost of petrol to come to view a cottage that was up for rent. Sadly never got to view the property as there were no to let sign or clear indication which cottage it was that was up for rental neither anyone to approach to ask. Extremely disappointed and won't even consider coming back to view the property if it appears on the market again. 👎

if i could rate 0 stars i would! when i arrived i was shown to a dingy room. (nothing like the photos) the mattress was lumpy, and there was mould and mildew everywhere. even in the bed! i had no choice but to stay because this was the only option in the area. i got a ground floor room, and just as i was drifting off to sleep in the mouldy bed, i seen a sheep glaring at me through the torn curtains. i expressed my concerns to sarah fell (neils mistress) (i know this, because i know his wife) but she said there was nothing she could do, as it was a curious sheep, and likes to watch all of the guests sleeping. all through the night, i heard sexual noises coming from the field, and lots of baaaaing. this concerned me so i told sarah i was phoning the rspca, and she got neil to forcefully remove me and my belongings from the premises. they refused to refund me, and we were left standing in brancpeth till we hitchhiked to the nearest town. i am disgusted! i did indeed phone the rspca, and my friend booked a room a few days later, and most of the sheep were gone, so something must have been going on!!!
