Slow loading. Dangerous loading. Poor loading . Forklift driver wanted to load one side then wanted me to turn around with trailer severely leaning. I refused as was not safe to do so. Tried telling me trailer is narrower than a normal trailer. Stack of chipboard fell off whilst loading . Reported to weighbridge staff and just shrugged shoulders and basically said oh well

Loading times vary, usually a few hours. Most staff seem friendly enough. Couple of fork drivers are spot on, others can be hit and miss sometimes.

At the docks of Birkenhead, nearly always have to wait to get loaded,1 hour maybe 4 .
