Katie has the best pork I've ever had in the UK. Extremely uncommon to get that level of quality, even in nice butchers' in London.

On top of that Katie is a fantastic person and kindly hosted a sausage making session for a group of us. Was great fun and Katie was so nice to us throughout. Thanks!
