well I don't even know hot to start , first of all the customer service is very poor and nobody knows what is going on, I used this branch for collection and they refused to accept credit cards , Ive been told that I had to pay some percentage if I wanted to pay by credit card , I have called their payment terminal provider and Ive been told that it is illegal to charge extra for credit card , I don't know why they are trying to do it anyway, the other issue was they have removed the expiry date on their product I did complain but been told "don't use us if you are not happy" I wonder what health and hygiene does when they go there for inspection ?

Cheaper hence lower quality food and terrible service! No one answers the phone or pretend they don't understand you, when reported that chicken were poor quality and few other veg were out of date refused to replace them or provide a refund.

Company does sell variety of foods at cheaper prices but some like their “fresh chicken breasts” are really low quality, when you cut it it has wholes inside, which is strange.

Also company treats their employees poorly especially those foreigners whose English is not that great. English employees are treated better and get easier routes for deliveries.

Foreign employees are forced to do long hours and if they come back with some undelivered goods are punished financially, where they already are not paid good salaries, I know this because my husband used to work there. I’m pretty use they are breaking European lorry drivers rules but no one challenges the company, also few years ago company used to pay below minimum wage to their foreign employees until someone has challenged them.

Hadn't heard of this place until a friend recommended it to me. Went in to buy some chicken, guy at the till was really helpful, order was placed super quickly and food was good and affordable! Highly recommend and will be buying from here again.
