They moved my appointment by 20 minutes because of illness of one of the technicians. That of course is understandable but I wasn’t informed of this change until I got to the salon. As I was running on a tight schedule on the day I couldn’t accept the change and asked for a refund. I was informed by a very rude receptionist that she would not be able to handle my request straight away and I may get a refund when she gets in contact with her boss. When I explained that this was unacceptable she kept insisting this was out of her hands. I said I would sit and wait until the boss was contacted. And after a further wait I was told I could get a refund. Whilst I cannot fault a therapist for falling ill, I can fault the salon for not informing me of the time change and then not automatically offering a refund. This is very poor customer service.

I booked three treatments at this spa/salon. I had been here before for a massage which was disappointing but decided to give this place a second chance. I booked the express manicure, express facial and eyebrow threading. Upon arrival, the lower part of the salon was going through renovations and I was informed by Katrin that the lady who does the threading wasn’t available today. I had booked and paid for all three treatments earlier in the day, and at no point did the salon contact me beforehand via phone to let me know. I thought to myself, it’s fine, not a big deal but I would have appreciated a call earlier to inform me. I received a notification that the time schedules had been changed by the salon so there is no way that they could not have known what I had chosen. Now - the treatment descriptions are vague and as a customer using treatwell - this is supposed to be a platform where u can book ur treatments without the need for contacting the salon. The express manicure is just a basic file and polish for £20+. The luxury manicure at £30+ includes cuticle tidy up and unfortunately the service descriptions doesn’t clearly state what’s included in the express. I was expected a file, cuticle today up and polish but this wasn’t part of the service apparently. Why on earth would anyone pay £20 for a file and polish?! So I tried to clarify this with Katrin at the salon, and even asked if she could just give me the luxury to which she said she couldn’t due to time constraints . Neither her or her colleague were able to advise me appropriately as to whether they could give me a luxury manicure or authorise a refund. This wasn’t helpful considering we were sat for 10 minutes debating about this. We then went for the facial, I thought at this point I’d be able to relax and finally enjoy the experience in a salon that was undergoing renovating and the lighting wasn’t great. Nope - the facial wasn’t relaxing unfortunately. Katrin didn’t even steam my face even though the service description clearly outlines what’s included. If this isn’t included in an express, then it should be stated under service description.
Nonetheless I went with it, and to be honest, I can’t see any difference or improvements to my face. If anything, the fact that my blackheads were squeezed with Katrins nails without steaming (but apparently salicylic acid is used instead) was not a nice feeling. As I walked out, Katrin informed me that she had spoken with her manager who agreed to refund me both the express nails and threading. I was anticipating a call the next day but the manager never reached out, so I called the salon the day after. No answer but an immediate called back from Anna the manager. She said she would offer a partial refund for the nails and a full refund for the threading. When I tried to explain what happened and how the service description on treatwell was not clear, she decided to argue with me and stood her ground not to try and understand. I said to her that I should have been refunded completely but no budge from her or even an attempt to rectify.
The whole point of customer service is to understand your customer and how you can better deliver your services. I won’t be revisiting though as a result of the poor service and customer service.
Funnily enough, the salon right across the road from this salon offered a proper manicure for similar price which would only take 30 mins. I know where I’ll be going next time and atleast the decor in there is much more pleasant.

Coming here regularly for Iyashi Dome treatment one of the very few places that offer this amazing Japanese sauna in London. Staff is very nice and helpful and I've always felt well looked after. They offer wide range of different treatments and its definitely a highly recommended place to go for some good quality pampering. All set right in the heart of Greenwich next to the market and stone's throw away from the river.

Good for smoothies and vegan cake, awful for treatments. Paid a lot of money for eyelash extensions they told me would last 3-4 weeks, followed all of their guidelines perfectly and every single extension had come out within four days. I rang to ask for a refund or to get them redone before I go away in a few days time but they were extremely inflexible and unaccommodating given that this is their mistake, so all that money and time is now completely wasted. I have seen another review saying that their extensions also fell out very quickly. Very disappointing and awful customer service.

Horrible, expensive, bad quality everything, bad customer service, they don't even have the right set up.
Went to get my nails done, every single thing the lady used looked dirty and in bad quality, even my nail polish is lumpy.
They didn't even have a proper nail desk, we used a massage desk as a table, left them with a painful back.
They charged me a lot of money for a poor quality job and even more to remove my old nail polish. I will never go back there again.

I usually go to Nova Aesthetic Which is opposite them. Nova is not only cheaper but they have top quality customer service and equipments. You get a true luxury spa experience at Nova.

I returned for another 12 days!
My experience exceeded my expectations and the vegan food was delicious. The meals are portion controlled. I have my favourites as Moroccan Millet and a aubergine moussaka. The girls in the office are fab try to accommodate all my food intolerances. Must try vegan diet in London! Don’t shop further ...

I love Mydetoxdiet and would highly recommend it for your next cleanse! they was so helpful when I came to pick my juices up but even took the time to not only tell me all the info about my cleanse but tell me about a number of other products Mydetoxdiet offers. She obviously did a good job because I came back by and picked up some more juices.

I got great results from my 3 day Juice cleanse (you also have to make sure to read the protocol before you start and follow it exactly) and the smoothies and juices are great to just pick up pre and post workout or if you're just looking for a boost if you're not ready to commit to a cleanse.

Can't wait for my next cleanse!
