Used the dog wash station, staff very friendly and helpful, lost a star as was a bit expensive at £8 for only 10 minutes, was a bit of a rush to wash the dog and dry her in that time. Very good facility, though!

Very helpful staff if the tee tree oil doesn't work I,ll take denzil to vets but it seems to be working straight away he hasn't touched it after applied 😀

I took my puppy for a walk and she ended up in a bog and stinking. A very kind, attentive young man assisted me with the dog washing station. Also lovely lady served me at till. End result one very clean puppy, fantastic facility and staff were amazing. Many thanks

Lovely pet store the cafe is really good they do amazing homemade cakes and not at a bad price. I always have the big breakfast from there and it is such a bargain £10.50 for haggis, black pudding, 2x sausage and bacon, choice of scrambles or fried egg, baked beans. It does not come with toast you have to ask for it and it does cost extra but 1 big breakfast is enough and they do a lunch menu aswell

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The cafe does a lovely bowl soup, cakes and great hot chocolate. Good range of products. Having horses and dogs. I wanted to buy pallets of haylage and shavings. took my telephone number as you have to wait for prices from Kevin. Unfortunately months later I still haven’t heard from Kevin so have had to go elsewhere where I got everything delivered within 3 days.
