Great country park with walking trails, riverside walks, on-site farm (with highland cows, ponies, goats, alpacas, pigs, Clydesdale horses, deer, sheep, guinea pigs, rabbits and various birds). The nearby Avon Aqueduct on the Union Canal is the highlight of the park (wooden staircase connects the eastern most path to the Union Canal towpath). The old stable block has a cafe, public toilets and large playground. The country park has two car parks and costs £2 on exit at the barriers. Can accessed from Linlithgow via Union Canal towpath or River Avon Heritage Trail path.

What a brilliant day out for all the family, even bring the doggo along. There's loads of wee walks, big children's park which is new and amazing. Cafe which we eat inside with our baby and got amazing service from the ladies service on such a busy day.

There's also a small farm at the bottom we walk round twice.

Definitely will be back well worth it.

Toilets available and there's 2 car parks

Great park and farm for a casual Sunday walk with the dog or kids.
We left the car and headed up through the farm walking amongst all the different animals. Alpacas and highland cows were the favourites.
You can then walk along the river with some beautiful scenes before reaching the small cafe. Dog allowed. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Cafe is very cosy for a coffee and something to eat.
To finish it there is a small meadow to let the dogs, or children, off the leash to burn off any energy before hoping back in the car.

The car park does ask you to pay £2 when leaving by contactless payment. But it is well worth it as the grounds are well kept and there is lots of space to roam for a few hours.

Lovely farm park, great wee playback, lots of animals to see. Cafe is very busy and quite small, so recommend being prepared to wait. (Not a bad thing or a complaint) lovely food, staff all very friendly and helpful.

Outstanding place to bring the kids for a day. Plenty of picnic benches available and BBQ stands on them too. Lovely little animal area with plenty to see for all ages.

Playback is decent size and the nature walk up to it is fantastic too.

Will happily be back

Lovely park .... well worth a visit. Great selection of animals and birds for children to see. Good walks and a great play park which has been newly renovated - the cafe is now open which is a bonus. The park has picnic benches if you would like to take your own food. Good parking at £2 a day - a bargain. Well worth a visit 😁😁
