Or recent delivery arrived on time and the packaging is top notch.
The amount of meat in the Steak and Ale pie is fantastic and the aroma of the Chip Shop Chicken Curry pie is amazing.

Visited the Romsey show 14/09/2024. We bought 5 pies to pick up later. Completely forgot to pick them up until we got home and got a text from Christian to ask our address. Gave it to him and one hour later pies were delivered. What an amazing service and absolutely delicious steak and stilton pies for tea. Highly recommend this company. Nigel & Michele

Amazing pies and amazing service! Ordered a selection of veggie pies for a large family gathering. I messed up delivery address on the order and was frantic!! But my email was picked up and delivery details rectified all very seamlessly and pies arrived on time and at the right address - thank you Mud foods. Everyone commented on how lovely all the pies were and I can't wait to order again for future occasions. Only little suggestion would be maybe a larger tray bake size could be introduced for parties when the bakery allows for this.

Second order. 7 pies. The web site states the pies are made to order. This means that on receiving my order, the meat pies should all have the same use by date. My latest order has three pies with use by date of 1st Feb the other 4 have a use by date of 3rd Feb. Peculiar. It is clear that three pies were already on the shelf. Mud pies have not responded to my issue. Recommend you call the company and ask them to guarantee the pies will be made to order. Shame.

Amazing pies, but stopped doing Gluten Free and don't respond to any communications or questions. There's no shortage of good pies, my local butcher is full of them. But good GF pies are a rarity! They are missing a trick here. Sad.

My partner and I met Christian at the Romsey show this year. His daughter and himself were absolutely lovely to talk to. So passionate and informative about their products. I was pleasantly surprised he spoke to a customer using sign language.

The pies are packed in simple yet excellent quality packaging. Each pie has a special shape cut and placed on its top. Meaning you and bake more than one and are less likely to mix them up if in the oven. The pies themselves are just beyond fantastic. The pastry is made with butter and not margarine, giving it a more wholesome and flavoursome taste. The filling has amazing quality meat. No chewy gristle. We look forward to trying the other flavours out!
