I absolutely love a good croissant so I am beyond delighted to find that I can walk 5 minutes on a Saturday morning and buy golden brown puffy and flaky croissants that are crusty on the outside and springy on the inside.
Unusually in Hebden Bridge, there was a long cheerful line of people keen to get their Mother bread and croissants.
