Came in yesterday with my groomsmen to try on a wedding suit i had seen online. I’d spoken to Moss staff over the phone and was told that they didn’t have the particular suit i wanted in stock, but had very similar suits. I booked an appointment for the four of us.

We arrived ten minutes early and when the staff eventually asked if they could help, they didn’t seem bothered about helping us. One lady with lots of lipstick on stated that she didn’t know if she could help us and tried palming us off to her colleague who seemed as uninterested as she did.

She eventually showed us an expensive DKNY suit and stated that it probably wouldn’t suit us as it was “built for people who are in shape and go to the gym”. Granted i’m not Magic Mike material but I had just run the London Marathon two week prior so i fell like that was a bit of an unnecessary comment.

She then made subtle comments that she didn’t know how she could help us and didn’t know what to do.

We were literally there to try on wedding suits so i don’t understand why this was such a big deal.

After a short while i felt annoyed and p*ssed off how we had been treated so we thanked the lipstick lady and left.

Poor poor customer service. Won’t be returning again and have deiced to spend upwards of £500 on suits elsewhere in the next shop we went to.

I ordered a suit in-store on March 10th for a family wedding. When my suit arrived for collection I needed to get my suit tailored. The service I received from the Italian/Spanish male was not pleasant. He was very miserable the moment we walked in. He had a lot of attitude which made me feel uncomfortable even whilst taking my measurements. If my family members didn’t order the same suit I would’ve returned it purely from the service that I had received.
Once the alteration was done on the suit. My wife went to collect it. I was absolutely disappointed that they could not provide a bag. They mentioned that there was none in stock. My wife left the store holding my suit. Given the circumstances a suit bag should of been offered but instead they let her leave the store without a bag/cover over the suit. This put her in an inconvenience as she planned to do some errands in the mall however she couldn’t as she was walking around carrying a suit. Extremely disappointed!

To make matters worse another family member ordered the same suit which they are still waiting on. Family member called the store and they were told that the staff forgot to order the trousers. Wedding’s in less than two weeks and he also needs to tailor his suit.
This has put me off shopping here again in the future.

Jamie’s customer service was incredible. I went in to the Canary Wharf store to get an outfit for a wedding. Jamie welcomed me and helped me make a selection. He gave me very helpful thoughts on what he thought would look good and I was very grateful for all his help. I bought a overcoats at Moss Bros Canary wharf and I am very disappointed with the service offered. As they charged me 10 pounds more because they forgot to change the price. 259 pounds instead of 249 pounds. It's not for the 10 pounds but for a matter of principle. A better store would reimburse For their mistake.

I visited the store today for a tuxedo rental appointment. Naimo and Andrea were exceptional in understanding my requirements and provided outstanding service. They were patient and walked me through the entire hiring process, even when I had questions. I was hesitant to visit Moss Bros due to a bad experience I had seven years ago, but these ladies completely changed my perspective. I am extremely satisfied with the service and would gladly return just to be served by them again.
