We've been a customer of Moorcroft for almost 2 years now and have never been disappointed! The biltong is truly amazing! The quality of the beef and the perfect spice blends, pair together to produce the most amazing flavours. My last purchase to date was the mystery box... wow! I had heard great reviews about the biltong produced here, so I decided to stop by today on a whim. I was graciously given a tour by an exceptionally friendly gentleman and was thoroughly impressed by their operation. However, what truly amazed me was the quality and flavour of their biltong and drywors upon tasting them. Both were absolutely incredible! One word :Amazing!
I have ordered from Moorcraft Foods on numerous occasions & always wish I had ordered more.! The Biltong is well spiced; and super tasty & never lasts for very long in our house! Have had to keep the little snack packs that they do hidden from the kids now!

I recently received an order of biltong from Moorcroft, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the product or the service itself.

Not only did it arrive very quickly, meaning it must have been packed and shipped pretty shortly after the order was placed, but they'd actually gone to the trouble of including the special offers I hadn't noticed at checkout. I got extra biltong and a pretty nice pair of catering-style tongs (my boyfriend took one look and went 'oh those are PROPER'). It's a level of personal care and attention that I didn't expect but that I really appreciate as a customer.

The product itself, Cooper's original and garlic biltong, is also just really good. Not only does it taste great but it's very satiating in a way standard snacks like chocolate and crisps aren't. I find myself snacking a lot less overall, which has been great for me. My boyfriend, who has lived in South Africa and had biltong there, also loves it, to the point that I've actually had to hide mine from him.

So yeah. I loved my order, and I look forward to becoming a repeat customer!

I have been going to Moorcroft food since it first opened and have been a regular customer since. They have a wide range of dried meat products i.e. Biltong, Dried Sausage and Chilly sticks not only that they all come in different flavours like Original, Chili, and Garlic. I used to make my own Biltong at home but found it was cheaper and better to buy from Moorcroft Foods. It's a lovely family business.

Discovered such a delicious treat recently. The Dry Steak also known as Biltong, made from our tender Irish Beef and infused with notable spices goes so well with a pint. I have shared this protein snack with a few chilled Beverages, but I'm hoping my mates will now start to buy their own. They can't keep their hands off.

Very diligent and professional service from a company who takes pride in a unique product that is delicious and gives you the best experience of a traditional South African snack / delicacy (Biltong and Droëwors) using beef.
