I received a foul smelling salami with damaged packaging. I have sent a few emails, but not heard back. The salami has since delivered a thick layer of mould.

Edit in response to the reply I received from the business owner:

I find your response incredibly unprofessional. Suggesting I’m “getting attention” is dismissive and inappropriate, given that I followed the instructions on your website and made multiple attempts to contact you by email without any reply. If you were genuinely investigating the issue, a simple email acknowledging my concern would have gone a long way. Additionally, I have not received any replacements, so it is misleading to imply otherwise. I ask again that you respond to my emails directly.

I’ve been really disappointed by this experience. I gave your company an opportunity to put things right. This is actually the second time I’ve ordered directly from your website, and I’ve recommended your products to many friends and family. It’s a shame to be treated with such disdain after being a supportive customer.

I already knew Moons Green, this independent local charcuterie and their delicious products, so when I saw they were doing quarter, half or whole gammon hams for delivery before Christmas I ordered one. It arrived ice packed in perfect condition - all I had to do was add glaze and bake for an hour, it truly was the best - moist, tender and full of natural flavour - I've ever had.

Bought some beer sticks from a local shop and thought they were fantastic. Impressed with the taste, had a look online and bought a selection of different things. My absolute favourite instantly became the chilli bresaola. Beautiful flavour and very good heat! Just received my second online order, again fantastic. My second order of many to come. You assess a business by how they act when things go wrong, especially if it's not their fault. Not only has John's products been highly recommended by friends of mine, his help and response the day before Christmas with a misplaced order, sets him apart. I'm sure everything will taste great, given the recommendations already. This is the cherry on the top. Many thanks John and have a Happy Christmas once it arrives.

Absolutely delicious charcuterie- every bit as good as anything I’ve had in France. Not surprised it’s flying off the shelves in Harrods !
