I am extremely happy with my purchase. Was first reluctant to buy online from a company I didn’t know. When the fireplace arrived I thought it was too big for what I wanted and contacted the company by phone. I was reassured about returning by such a kind understanding employee. As I was traveling I didn’t return and a few days later they contacted me to remind me about returning… in the end I was so at ease that I actually kept fireplace which wasn’t too big and looks great. The service and reassurance, being able to speak to a person and not a machine made all the difference to me. I will defibetly be dealing with this company again.
Price was very competitive too.

We purchased a large format wet tile cutter last year. delivery was quick and efficient but there was a small shudder on the cutting disc. After replacing the disc, the vibration was still there and this created a rough edge to some cuts.
We contacted Monster Group UK and they offered technical advice.
Unfortunately, no matter what we did the shudder remained but despite the months since purchasing, it was agreed to collect the machine, free of charge and have it back to repair or replace.
Meg, or contact within Monster Group UK, is an absolute star! She organised collection, repair and delivery back to us.
A perfect resolution and we really can’t thank you enough for all you help.

Sends broken products and won't own up to it. Thankfully I paid with Paypal and they can't oblige me us to pay for a broken arcade game. We ordered an arcade table as a Christmas gift. We didn't hear from them for over 2 weeks. They never gave us a tracking number. The arcade cost over 1100 euros and arrived broken. Awful and unprofessional people

Ordered two sets of lockers and one was badly damaged. Took a while to get a response. Eventually they collected the damaged locker set and sent a replacement, which was again damaged. Today I received a replacement and guess what - damaged!

You'd think that sending several sets of lockers and having to pay for the carriage and replacements etc it would make sense to pack them better.

Very very pleased with my purchase of rubber lawn edging which I’m actually using to hold back decorative stones from spilling out over the existing kerbing. Works perfectly.
Ordered via Amazon from Monster who shipped two very heavy boxes quickly and for a very affordable shipping fee.

Shockingly bad!! Ordered a garden furniture set, half of it arrived…the other half ‘out of stock’, response from monster, it will arrive next week. 10 days later nothing, they have now eventually admitted that the missing half is in fact lost. I’m
Not sure how half of a set can be replaced with another as it’s part of a set, surely if you take half from a set then you are going to have the same issue!
I’ve had to take a day off work to wait for couriers to collect.
I’ve asked about a refund 4 times now, no acknowledgement of it, quick to take money not so quick to send it back, all £750 of it!
Customer service is shocking, no email just a portal so you are unable to keep track of response to previous emails. Avoid like the plague!!
