Dealt with Monkfield Reptile because of a warranty issue on a habistat thermostat i bought a year and a half back at a Dutch reseller. As the type of thermostat i bought was no longer being produced, the reseller would not be able to replace it. However, Monkfield offered to replace it for a newer type immediately. Very pleased with their service.

Ordered a part from this company.I live in Australia and they sent the wrong part,I have sent at least four emails to have not one of them responded to.I then decided to ring them directly at a cost of probably more than the part was worth to be told sorry about this we will send you another one.I am still waiting.
Very poor service from this company probably because I live down under and they know that I can't do much but I will e contacting PayPal
