I have been a customer for well over 10 years at Mole Valley and have always had good experiences, and staff have be great. However, the last few times at this store, the staff have been less than friendly and seem like they are being put out when serving you. Today there was an issue with and item that had been sent off to be fix was return to us missing an important part. The "manager" Jackie and a staff member Chris where extremely rude. when we asked about the missing part they made out that we were lying about the part being missing! They then told us they wouldn't do anything till Monday, where they would "ring someone to see if they had it". The store did nothing it took a phone call to head office customer scevice who, apologise and sent a replacement piece to us.
Mole valley are still great but clearly there is something going wrong in this store.

Huge warehouse stocking farm and countryside -type goods and supplies. Easy parking, good access from the A30. Pet and animal section, clothing & footwear, tools, equestrian stuff, fencing and security equipment. Good prices and good old checkouts, not self service.
