Good prices on some stuff, good selection for smallholders, some knowledgeable and helpful staff. Have previously been disappointed by lack of drug dispencing staff and "missing" stock.

Only giving the shop 2 stars because we visited there today & I was so shocked when at the till to hear the old lady member of staff shout out from the office “STAFF, there is a lady at the till”.
Do her “staff” not have names?!! How very belittling & damn right rude!!! Shame on her!!

I brought two men's shirts, which were on hangers, when I handed them to the young girl who was serving she proceeded to take them off the hangers and take the security tags off, then left the shirts screwed up on the counter and stood back and look at us as if to say we'll there you go.
My wife had to stand there and fold them herself.
When we went back two hours later to buy some more, the young man who was serving folded them for us.

We had a delightful experience purchasing our 2023 Christmas trees, despite a slight disappointment initially due to most of them being sold out. Eventually, we opted for two medium-sized ones, ranging from 1.20m to 1.50m. The two sales agents involved displayed remarkable patience and offered valuable advice to help us select the most beautiful and sustainable trees, all while injecting a touch of humour into the process. Furthermore, a robust staff member assisted in loading the trees with great patience.
