I highly recommend Millstream Catering for their exceptional service during my grandmother's wake. With only a week to prepare, their team demonstrated remarkable efficiency and professionalism, seamlessly coordinating with other suppliers for a marquee and outdoor toilets.

The food was not only fresh but also beautifully presented, receiving numerous compliments from our guests. The staff were kind, sincere, and impeccably dressed, contributing to a respectful and comforting atmosphere. On the day of the event, we were able to focus on our family and friends without any worries, thanks to their attentive and polite service.

Overall, Millstream Catering made a challenging day much easier for us, and I would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of catering for similar occasions.

Millstream were the caterers for our wedding in Hertford Castle on 16th June 2024. Great communication and planning before the day. Fabulous, well presented, well balanced meals on the day - served efficently and unobtrusively. I cannot think of anything that I would have changed nor can I suggest any improvements, however slight. Most of our guests have also made a point of saying how much they enjoyed their meals. My salmon in particular was delicious. Our menu choices were:

Mediterranean lamb & rice served with a warm yoghurt sauce
Mirin glazed salmon with buttered new potatoes
Satay sweet potato & spinach curry with pillau rice

followed by

Traditional fruit trifle (we had the real sherry option!)
Lemon cheesecake
Homemade apple crumble

Overall, I can confidently say that you can rely on John and Sarah at Millstream for first class catering.
