This man show up at my door and took my details and clearly stated they will send me a bottle of milk to see if I'm interested in their products . I agreed and share details. I received a bottle of milk the following week and received a text message as tester. The next following week I noticed another two bottles of milk at my door which I happen to chance on it as leaving the house ,and don't even know when it has been there for days or less without I further email them to enquire why I'm receiving orders as I have not formally requested delivery or set up direct debit. And I was informed because I gave my details it means I have agree for deliveries and need to pay for the milks including the one sent for testing. In my experience this is very unprofessional and upsetting as I would have been given bills for milk and deliveries I have not formally consented to order.

Very disappointed with mills milk would not use a milk delivery service again. The rep that came to our door asked us to use yourselves instead of Mcqueens and offered to beat their price which never happened we ended up paying more for 1 delivery per week which isn't what we wanted as Mcqueens delivered 2 times per week so they did not beat Mcqueens price or service I was also over charged be wary of the free item as this isn't free at all and today we never even received it so I have now terminated my direct debit to them.

I was asked if I wanted a trial run of milk. I said no, they insisted and said try it for a week and see. I said whatever, 5 weeks of deliveries I didn't ask for and more milk than a newborn could drink I was sent a bill and told I have to pay or ill be sent to a debt collectors. The only ways to pay are a direct debit to keep deliveries coming or to a phone a number where hardly anyone even answers. Absolutely awful waste of my time. Do not bother speaking to them avoid at all costs

I love this service! been having milk delivered to my flat for nearing on three years and literally never had a problem. It's always there, it's great milk and a good price - really all I could ask for!
Also great customer service. I contacted them on a Friday to let them know that I'd be moving and if they could transfer my milk service to my new flat which would've changed my order for that next week. Got a lovely and swift response, telling me they'd be sorting the transfer out straight away for me and I didn't have to faff with cancelling the service and re-ordering it with my new address. They have a great selection of things other than milk as well - would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable delivery service for milk/other goods!

Signed up for what I was led to believe was a weeks free trial after a boy came to my door. Was advised if I wanted to continue, to follow a link that would be text to me to set up a direct debit. I was assuming that if I didn’t do that after the trial, the deliveries would not continue however I called to give the courtesy of letting them know anyway and was advised I had a balance on account from the trial week?
I’m a little confused how it was a ‘trial’ if I was paying for it and also the deliveries were going to continue if I hadn’t called to cancel.

This is totally misleading when coming to peoples doors. The lady on the phone was pleasant and advised she would speak to management about this and remove the balance.

I also feel I must highlight the dangerous driving of the van drivers I regularly see around. Often see them driving at outrageous speeds and just yesterday I witnessed a driver get angry and do gestures at another driver who did absolutely nothing wrong other than almost dare to get in their way while they sped down a 30 at what looked like close to 50. Absolutely shocking.

Don't appreciate door to door (cold) calling, when wife says no, she shouldn't then feel intimidated or made to feel guilty.. may I suggest simply popping a leaflet through the door in future, if I'm interested I'll call you
