We have just spent 4 days for the first time and we can highly recommend mill farm .
we stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage which was very clean and spacious with plenty off room for the 3 adults.
the weather was not great so our fishing was limited due to the cold but their seemed enough pegs for the site but my nanny landed her first carp so it made up for the weather …….
I would strongly recommend you bring enough shopping / food supplies with you to save time but their is a decent enough co op on the a52 about 10 minutes away if required and if you spend over £25 we were told tescos delivery was free to the site . The pizza place is only open Thursday to Sunday so factor than in along with the odd dog barking on site as they are allowed ..
We will definitely book again but be advised their is nothing that local so it is a very quite & relaxing place which we wanted and the hot tub was a blessing … 10/10

My partner and I just enjoyed a very relaxing stay at Mill Farm, we stayed in Beech Lakeside lodge which was well equipped and perfect for our 3 night stay! Everything was spotless, the hot tub was great and cleaned every morning and having our own fishing peg was brilliant! My partner caught a couple of fish over the weekend too. We used Denny’s the onsite pizza/kebab take out and The food was great and delivered to our lodge! Overall a great time and we will be returning!

We just returned from a weekend away after staying in Oak Lodge, we have to say this is one of the cleanest Lodges we have stayed in and the bed was very comfortable as well.
The grounds are kept immaculate and there where some nice touches in the lodge as well with the Christmas tree and cleaning pack etc.
The fishing was great too had some good catches over the weekend 6 carp and 2 roach and was very relaxing as is it very peaceful and quiet.
The hot tub was great and checked everyday.
Our cockapoo loved the enclosed decking to explore and was very safe to do so.
We did not use the on site takeaway as this was closed during our stay over the Christmas period but there was enough information on other places to each in the information pack.
we loved our stay there and will definitely be re booking, the staff we spoke with are very friendly and helpful.

Had a fantastic time at Elder Lodge.. The sunrise was beautiful. Very peaceful and relaxing. Fishing was excellent caught lots. We have booked again for August. Definitely recommend dennys on site take away. The food was DELICIOUS 😋

Just enjoyed a 4 day break in Beech, our 2nd time in this cabin , lovely and clean and very comfortable bed. We had extremely good weather which was a bonus. A lovely place to spend time.

10/10, amazing place to stay. We absolutely love it here. It's so beautiful and peaceful and we have been visiting for 5 years now. It's so quiet and relaxing, there's an onsite takeaway and staff are so friendly and welcoming. They provide everything you need and I honestly cannot recommend this place enough.

We had a 4 night break here and wow what a beautiful place, absolutely everything was thought of and our lodge was immaculately clean and equipped with everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing break. My husband enjoyed the fishing, whilst I relaxed in the cosy lodge. Quite simply the perfect break and reset we both needed, we would 100% recommend staying here you will not be disappointed. Already looking to book again for later in the year. Thankyou for the most perfect break

We stayed in elm Lodge it was excellent we only met Laura and Robert while we were there a lovely couple and nothing was to much trouble.its a lovely quiet place lovely fishing as soon as we got home we booked again for next year
