Don't even bother with the parts department, it's like going back in time, and a prime example of why Britain doesn't have a manufacturing industry like it once did. The two old farts on the parts counter can't be bothered to do a thing. I've ordered parts time and time again which never appear, you call them, they take your number but never, never get back to you. Why are they still employed?! They must cost this company a fortune!!! Twice of late I have ordered expensive items, for machines that they're dealers for, only never to arrive. You chase them, they say they'll check, take your number and never call back. I've given up with them now, they're an absolute joke. We spend hundreds of thousands on machinery each year, you would think they might want my business, but they just don't seem to care. I can't have machines down waiting for parts that they've not bothered to order. My advise is to call TH Whites, or New Forest Farm machinery, they've never failed to order any parts I've asked for, even for machinery that they aren't dealers for. Mike Garwood please replace your parts staff you will see a dramatic rise in profits!!!

I took a hayter mower in for service, I waited three weeks and after one day it stopped working. Took it back in and was told it was a faulty spark plug.
I also took a hedge trimmer in for a spring as the pull cord had given up, four weeks later I called them and was told that they were replacing bearings £79. I used the trimmer once and the cord went again. Three weeks later I called again and was told it was due to a second spring, I wasn’t charged labour but was charged £20 for parts.
Used it today twice and the pull cord has gone again, surely after a total rebuild and £100 it should at least last a couple of years.
I would never recommend them.
