This seller’s customer service is outstanding - I initially had trouble downloading the photos I wanted in the frame but Gafyn responded almost immediately and said I could email them to him. He then confirmed immediately that he had received them and could use them. A couple of days later my frame arrived, very well protected and packaged. It is of excellent quality and makes a beautiful keepsake. I bought it for my friend who has just lost her husband and the pictures show them together when they came to visit us some time ago. Because it arrived so quickly I was able to take it with me to the funeral and gave it to her the night before. She was delighted with her gift and very moved. I too am delighted and will definitely use this seller again.
