The best butchers ever. We are very particular in the kind of meat we purchase and Midlands Wild Meat is the only butchers we will ever buy meat from.

Their quality of meat is amazing; really fresh. Their selection of wild game is outstanding, and they have fabulous staff who go above and beyond to get meet your needs.

If you are conscious about quality food and want to get the amazing health benefits you have to try this place!

Came across just to give it a try. I bought wild boar leg which was fresh and some frozen venison. Up to now I cooked only boar. And it was absolutely beautiful. It's a bit far away from me to travel, but I will certainly order online in the future. The owner showed everything I would like to see around his shop and even more) It was a pleasure just to have a little chat with him. What a nice man , selling excellent products! Update. This weekend we cooked red deer meat what we bought frozen. It was the most tender version I ever ate. Full of flavour as well . Thinking now what to order to try next)))

I called to see if I could buy smaller portions than the kg and to ask which cuts I needed for the meals I wanted to do: the lady was very helpful. I then bought some sausages, patties, deer loins which made the most divine 'steak sandwiches' and wild boar pieces which I will made into a Cinghiale Ragu and have enough to freeze some for another time...yum!!
The meat's journey was tracked and arrived as promised within the time expected. All packed well.

Bought some venison from here and they left the silverskin on. For a firm that teaches butchery they are pretty bad
