This company definitely needs to either drug or alcohol test there lorry drivers travelling on the m62 in our wagon and one came from behind and attempted to overtake the whole overtake manuver took the lorry 10 minutes in which right at the last second pulled in and nearly wiped us out and proceeded to swerve around for the remaining 30 minutes it was infront of us not safe and very unprofessional this company is going to end up being responsible for people’s deaths if they don’t start hiring people who can actually drive

Absolutely terrible customer service from Metcalfe Farms.

After many, many, many attempts with broken promises for return calls/emails I have been let down with regard to the collection/delivery of a static caravan.

There's no problem at all with the company not being able to do the job, but please be honest and let potential customers know rather than stringing me along for days on end.

A really poor show.

!!BE AWARE of this companies vehicles on the road!!! Whilst approaching and passing their Lorry X19 MET two large rocks came flying off and hit my van smashing the windscreen!! My son took photos from the passenger seat straight away as it happened so I could contact them, I didn’t think it would be safe to flash hazards and try and get him to pull over so called them to notify them, they now won’t admit liability for my insurance!! What a shame I didn’t have dash cam as the debris was so big you could clearly see these two pieces flying towards me! Absolutely gutted as our vehicle was mint before!!

I've been pulled in Rothwell services tonight and one of your volvo low loaders tractor units has had his engine running for atleast 3 hours since I pulled up. Its now 21.15 and he still has it running, 1 I suspect costing you a fortune in diesel and 2 people including me are trying to sleep for the night! Luckily I'm not directly next to him but 2 other poor sods are!!

These guys are so dangerous on the roads. 2 huge lorries blocking 2 lanes of the M4 with support vehicles flying all over the place causing mass traffic and dangerous road conditions during rush hour. No wonder they've had multiple large fines.

Driver with zero manners pulled out onto the catterick main roundabout by Aldi at 0850 this morning with a load of a Land Rover and a large spool. Proceeded to give it verbal and gesticulate at me and my children. Who accurately described him as a “stupid man” first poor experience with your company having dealt with many of your drivers throughout the years.
