Overall that's a fantastic butcher for the UK.

Hygiene, customer service, recommendations are fantastic and the Lady was very skilled, truly knowledgeable and honest. She removed all the unwanted parts without even asking. Top tier service!

From my own experience, the rib of beef was perfectly matured, well cut, tender and rather tasty considering the quality.

I'm giving this butcher a very good 3 stars rating for all of theses reasons, but I would love to see some much more qualitative products, I would happily pay more for excellence.

I am used to some much more marbled meats and for this reason it would be unreasonable to give it a higher rating.
However I can not blame this shop, this is English standards the cows aren't properly looked after due to costs but as I definitely felt passion an pride in that shop, I will come back with no hesitation.

I 100% recommend this butcher to anyone in the area, it's really affordable and tasty enough, but if you are seeking for excellence it might be worth going abroad.

Very nice rump. Just stopped to get some rump for a sandwich but was excellent. Assured local and tasty aged, grass fed flavour

We bought some topside to make roast beef. Really chewy, poor quality and not worth the price.

In addition, the beef short ribs tasted off, and we had to throw them away.

Don’t recommend. Supermarket meat is much better.

By far and away the best sirloin steak for my tea tonight! Kids loved their steak ciabatta. Really friendly and helpful service. Looking forward to my bacon and chipolatas for breakfast too. Yummy.

Ordered three different kinds of meat. Pork arrived with a green shimmer, slimy and a horrible smell. Was first told it'd be fine to eat despite the fact that it wasn't. Asked for a full refund but was only partially refunded. What reason do I have to trust the rest of the meat after being told those cuts were fine? Never buying from them again.
