Absolutely amazing place. Massive soft play, high ropes, tractor rides, and loads of animals like pigs, cows, goats, and donkeys. You could easily spend a day there and I recommend you do. There's also a massive outdoor play area and picnic area and a great cafe. It also has a gift shop. It's fun for all ages and relatively cheap. Its toilets are great. The staff are amazing.

Mead open farm is very family friendly and has lots of things to do. Has a really nice soft play with big slides. Good little car ride. Has bouncy pillows which are fun for the kids. Has an area which has little diggers and good for the little ones. Has some farm animals like sheep goats and horses. And a nice shop.

Had a great time and the animals are all very well looked after and the general farm area was very clean and tidy. It was a very quiet day which is understandable being term time which meant a lot of the attractions were closed, the soft play area was great even for me a weathered 35 year old. Was a great time for my 3 year old daughter.

Entertainment for the whole family, fantastic day out!

The farm truly caters to all ages, making it a perfect day out not just for the kids, but for us as well. It offered all the traditional charms you'd expect—goats, sheep, cows, and pigs—but what really set it apart were the incredible range of activities designed to keep kids of all ages entertained.

For our toddler, the two massive sand pits and the humongous indoor soft play area were a dream come true. They spent hours digging, building, and exploring without a care in the world. Our 7-year-old, on the other hand, was thrilled by the more adventurous options, including high wires, rock climbing, and water zorbing. The sliding down in a wheelie was a particular highlight, with giggles and smiles all around.

We also appreciated the fantastic restaurant on-site, which offered a great selection of vegetarian and vegan options—something that can be surprisingly hard to find at similar venues.

Overall, this farm provided an ideal mix of outdoor adventure and traditional farm experiences. Whether you have a toddler or an older child, this place is a winner. We’ll definitely be returning!

There is stacks to see and do, and the end of day foam party is fabulous.

So good, Mead Open Farm is great at the best of times, they operated the Halloween event so well. Was not too busy and yeah some of the queues were a little long (15 mins was longest) it was fab, the actors on the events were top rate. Circus was great. Food is super pricey, had the mac n cheese and it was expensive but it was really tasty. Overall, great experience, whole family is happy and exhausted 😩 ha.

One of our favourite places to go it has everything and the staff are so friendly and helpful! Halloween and Christmas Events are amazing; we recently went to the Christmas one and it was worth every penny! The staff are incredible with the kids and made it so magical (all great actors- especially the jack in the box!) thanks for a magical experience my 4 year old loved it! Santa was brilliant
