Absolutely appalled with McQueens lack of customer service. I went to them some months back. Have put up with a shortage of organic milk most weeks and even a plastic one litre a couple of weeks ago instead of 2 pints in glass (no price reduction). Then I was asked for a "review" a week or so back followed by a text message to say they would no longer deliver milk to me due to a lack of custom in my area. No other notice, just a message. I messaged back - nothing! I emailed - nothing! Their text was last Thursday and I expected at least some conversation but nothing, this morning no milk has been delivered! I offered to ask neighbours to join them when I text them, no response! Pretty appalled at their lack of customer service in the office, milkman was fine!

Was approached by a gentleman whom called himself Andy Mcqueen at my home. (His visit was recorded by audio and video cctv) His hard sell was an absolute guarantee that McQueens Dairies DO NOT supply any dairy products from anywhere that trial Bovia feed, and we even discussed the brand “Arla” I agreed to trial a delivery of 1ltr grass fed organic semi skimmed milk and 1ltr of grass fed organic lactose free milk. What actually was delivered was a carton of Long Life ARLA lactose free milk and 2 ltrs of semi skimmed milk that was covered with I presume dog hair, that will remain unopened, awaiting for McQueens Dairies to collect, as I don’t do business with liars or untrustworthy sales agents! I suggest that future customers, should not provide bank information until they are completely sure that what they are being sold is in fact what they asked for, or advised they will be supplied with. My experience with McQueens Dairies was one I will not give them a second chance to do again that’s for sure!!

We have been with McQueens Dairies for several months now and are more than satisfied with their service. The milk is always delivered very early in the morning - sometimes it has been delivered late the night before. Any change in our order has been dealt with efficiently. We are very pleased with McQueens.

Door to door scam.

I had every intention of following through with weekly delivery after I was sold the 'free milk' at my doorstep.

However, then the first delivery turned up wrong (skimmed instead of semi skimmed) and I get texts messages asking me to set up a direct debit. More milk turns up the following week without me asking for it. I called to ask no more is sent and I was told the second delivery is "chargeable". Errr .. no, "I didn't ask for any milk, I don't want your milk, we have no contract in place and I won't be giving you any money" was my response.

This is indeed a family owned business but also a large corporate enterprise with questionable morals and an interesting take on the concept of consumer law.

We love receiving our milk and orange juice in glass bottles (trying to reduce plastic waste). Our delivery is always on time, nice and early. We are very satisfied customers and recommend McQueens Dairies wholeheartedly.

Been using them for 2 months now. First order was delivered to the wrong house so gave them the benefit of the doubt. They refunded this also. No problems until the past few weeks. Wrong milk turned up which was off and then again order sent to wrong house again. I only found out the second time as my neighbour knew it was ours however it was warm by the time I got it. Cancelled direct debit with my bank told them I had done this was given a hard sell told them too many times it’s happened. Let’s see if I have anymore issues…. Sticking to local farmers from now. Seems they are great to get you to sign up with amazing customer service when you want to cancel thats a different story…..

I’ve been having deliveries for 3 months and have not had any problems at all. I have their oat milk which is totally delicious delivered twice a week. I never hear a thing even the dog sleeps through. The service is excellent and communication by email is just right not bombarded but kept informed. Highly recommend this company.

Brilliant service, love the fact of opening front door and a milk delivery has already arrived, they’re like Ninjas, never heard but always appreciated! I’d always bought milk from a supermarket but I’m glad I changed my ways.
