The experience was excellent. They gave us a short tour of the facilities and we met Mr. McCallum himself. It was a great surprise to be treated with such hospitality from such a large pipe maker.

Have been involved in piping for decades. Recently had reason to have some work done on my bagpipes and decided the workshop at McCallum’s was the place I felt was best suited and equipped to do the job and get it right. Made contact and received a very quick reply that was both enthusiastic and with a ‘can do’ attitude. Also received very welcome advice and guidance from Kenny on my thoughts. Dropped off the job and had a good discussion with Robert about my requirements. A few days later every one of my very high standards had been met…and exceeded by Robert. First class craftsmanship and exemplary professionalism, courtesy and customer service from start to finish. I simply could not have wished for a better outcome. The result is better than I could have hoped and precisely how I would’ve wanted them ‘in an ideal world’. Sincere thanks to Robert, Kenny and Stuart.
