Horrific rude and brash customer service from Chuck. Simply cut off servicing Wirth zero notice on a 10 + acre avocado farm because he didn't feel comfortable with the process of working for a bank. Despite having never sent us an invoice he was claiming and insinuating that we weren't going to pay him for his work, he shut us off without any notice during hot season when needs the ultimate care. He just left us high and dry on our farm. He stated he did know who he was working for and I explained to him that I was his point of contact I would be sending him checks for payment. He didn't care.
