I haven't even got to trying their flour. They were recommended to me and wanted to try them out. However, my order was delivered at a completely wrong address by DX Delivery - so not immediately the business' fault. I was not able to get any assistance from DX due to (quote) privacy concerns (it's my order... but anyways). Tried getting in touch with Matthews Cotswold Flour to launch investigation (as guided by DX Delivery). It was established DX Deliver messed up the order as I was home all day then and not even a call from the driver - they simply delivered it to the wrong address to the wrong name. However, I couldn't care less. I requested a replacement or a refund to be sent. It's been more than 2 weeks since then and Matthews Cotswold Flour is not returning my emails at all.

I guess their flour might be of high quality as recommended by several people but I guess once you hit the smallest of hurdles then it all goes downhill. Here, I'm commenting on the customer experience. Who knows if I ever get to try their flour.
I'm allowing another day or two for them to come back to me with another excuse that their email system does not work and going to raise my issue with the Consumer Ombudsman.

Initially I thought this company was wonderful and even recommended them to many of my friends and family. Then I discovered a weevil infestation which had spread to over ten bags which all had to be thrown away. I appreciate that the company can't be held responsible for the weevils but after phoning them twice and three emails later I've had no response, which I find utterly disgraceful. I will never have anything to do with a company that clearly doesn't give a damn about their customers.

I have used this flower before having bought it at Aldi for excellent flour every one of them. I know it proved a little difficult with the situation at the moment to get it from Matthews but it is arriving and I’m sure I will enjoy baking again with it. I will definitely order again perhaps when we get back to some kind of normality

Used to buy Matthew Cotswold spelt flour through Amazon, but discovered direct purchase website. Love the spelt flour, I use it for bread, cakes, biscuits etc. I’ve tried many brands and will never buy any other again. Big thank you to staff. Customer service is exemplary.

I have bought their 8 grain and Cotswold crunch flour now about 4 times and have found it every time to be a wonderful tasting bread using our breadmaker. I can't recommend it too highly.

This flour is simply the best, the Cotswold crunch and Eight grain is full of flavour and texture, i have not tried the others I have ordered as yet, I will be ordering again soon.
