My car went into master garage in April 2020 with a few issues. I'll give u the facts and u can do the maths. I'd hit a kerb which resulted in 2 flat tyres. Tow truck from Sudbury to braintree, courtesy car for one day , balancing, tracking, full service, the car apparently developed an engine management warning light when it got to the garage, which had to be diagnosed. New fog light Two budget tyres. Final bill £850.00 was i ripped off? Three garages that have looked at the bill since, think i was. The fact is, i really depend on my car as I'm a care worker for a charity, visiting vulnerable people in their homes. I would strongly advise people to get a second opinion before trusting this place.
