Produce is good quality but service is disgraceful. Put in an order, product needs to be made up they pointed out these will be made specially for you so please come in after 10am. They had my name and phone number. I specially drove here from out of area. I turned up and was told no they are done. I asked why no communication as it was a complete waste of my time and the owner just shrugged his shoulders. This level of service is why I would strongly recommend any other butchers. They don't deserve your hard earned money

Just wanted to put a review about how happy we all are with the service we receive here at Master Butchers. Especially this Christmas! The customer service is always second to none, but more so this Xmas eve when they were clearly so busy but nothing was any trouble, I had forgot to get some last little bits and they provided everything I needed thank goodness !!! We were more than happy with our Xmas order, meat was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed it and can only highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Happy New Year 😊

Started using them about 6 months ago, after our local butchers closed. So glad we found them. Everything we've had has been excellent quality. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Christmas meat was excellent. Big thanks from us

Couple of years ago this was the best butchers I'd ever been to - changed hands and gone rapidly downhill since... Last visit was a couple of weeks ago when the Berk behind the counter was cleaning up and told me my £20 note was 'snide' and he wasn't having it or serving me - I'd just taken out £500 cash in £20 notes from a bank in the High Street so offered him the choice of 25x£20 to pick one he thought wasn't 'snide' - he got very sheepish and took the original note and gave me change - attitude before service - not for me thanks...

Been using the Manor Green Road Master Butcher for a couple of months now. so glad we’ve found it.

We ordered a side of salmon 3 weeks in advance of Christmas. When we went to collect it on Christmas Eve we were told it had been given to someone else. Went back 2 hours later to get our money back. It was a battle and when I repeatedly said that I was upset, I felt bullied by rude customer service. So disappointing. We wanted to support a local business but won’t be using Manor Green Butchers again.

I’ve been Using Master butchers for around a year now , great meat and prices, we get our Sunday meat every week and our Christmas meat was great highly recommended , he’s knowledgeable and always welcoming and friendly
