Martyn did an excellent job replacing our bathroom toilet. Martyn also completed an awkward repair to our en-suite toilet. Martyn is an excellent professional plumber who came out to help with our broken old boiler. Within 24 hours we have a new boiler fully installed and commissioned! Really couldn’t ask for better service. He took us through all the replacement options and warranties and once we had made our decision, the new boiler was delivered 30 minutes later ready for Martyn to fit the next morning.
He was on time and kept us up to date on progress. A very tidy, neat job all round. Will certainly be using him and his team for all our future plumbing needs!

Martyn Young is so helpful he worked with the tech team as my boiler service failed but boiler within warranty.
He had to go out twice.
Unfortunately, this year, I haven't taken up Martyn on annual gas reminder
Due to his management of accounts managed badly by a Ms Shephard who falsely claimed I owed money for my last gas check over a year ago, and I ignored prior reminders, the most alarming of all is I received three different tax dated invoices that carried the same inv description and service date. It left me bruised and upset to have such a contrast between MY services and accounts admin.
Despite proofing I paid within 4 days of receiving last year's invoice, I claimed 'unpaid' I've received no apology

Have used Martyn young for approximately 12 years when he first installed our central heating system. Always provides a good and professional service with no hard sell. Dan came today to strip down the boiler and replace some parts he was excellent , on time, professional, friendly, very informative tidy and knowledgeable
He did a great job explained everything and checked I was happy before asking for payment. Really impressed , excellent job.

Highly recommend Martyn Young Heating and Plumbing. We got Martyn round to give us a quote for new radiators (he also fixed a small pipe for us for our washing machine waste at the same time as giving a quote, thank you). They came and took the old radiators off so we could decorate and came back at a later date to install the new ones. Their communication is incredible, have constant updates and you are even able to track the plumber when they are en route to you. Super responsive too! Chris was the plumber who removed and replaced our radiators and he was excellent throughout. Always asking how I would like the pipe work to suit the room/radiators (due to it being an old house it’s never straightforward), really lovely and done an excellent job even with a few challenges with regards to our crumbly walls! I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!
