Dynamite Square, picked these up this morning . First time I've been here after ditching my local pollok butcher. Great flavour and just right amount of fat . Defo be back and gonna try out the pork slice next so look out for that review. WAN tasty slice 😋

Family owned and operated butcher's, great range of locally sourced meat, home made pies, like they ACTUALLY make the pie fillings. You can also buy meat spices and flavorings to season your meat to your personal choices.
My favourite is the salt and pepper and Firecracker seasoning. I used to only.eat KFC Zinger burgers until I tried Martin's Firecracker seasoning.
The purse price is wide enough to fit any household budgets, if you usually have minute steak thats on offer but if you've got a special meal planned and want a 2 inch thick rib eye youve got it.
Nothing is too much bother the mark of a true butcher there's no vacuum packed meat that has travelled more than you have this year.
Get your order in early for hogmanay steak pies and fowl its a rush in December. Martin's is open 7 days a week in December and they could be busy if it was a 10 day week.
Support your local butcher's, there's not many left with the passion and skills as Martin's.
You almost never meet the owner of a business these days so if you've a special request, compliment or complaint you will be talking to the BOSS who really can resolve any issues.
