I recently broke my Vacuum cleaner (my fault) and was in need of a decent replacement quickly. Martins had a similar model at a great price. It was great not having to wait for a larger company to deliver and I prefer to shop local when possible. Support your local retailers and try them first when your looking for your home appliance! Fab service.

A1 SERVICE - highly recommended.
I was left high and dry in the middle of a kitchen build by another company. Scott at Martins was excellent and helped solve my problem.
They matched the price of the appliance from the other supplier and communicated rapidly and accurately by email and phone as needed. The hob was parcelled very carefully, including photos taken before the purchase as it was open-box.
All in all, an excellent service and I would highly recommend them as a reliable and quality company.

I rarely leave reviews. However, I had a service call from Martins yesterday on my Meile Dishwasher. They are so helpful and pleasant, would highly recommend them. Their Service Engineer, is really polite and very professional, it might just be my imagination but my Dishwasher hasn’t not worked this well for a long time. Thanks guys 10 out of 10 for your professionalism.

I bought and paid for some Miele laundry tablets online . Martins sent me an E-Mail the next day to say that they had cancelled the order as their website incorrectly gave me free delivery when Martins said that the delivery should have been charged. They told me to ring them to process my refund. This was only successful after 2 phone calls. It is disappointing that Martins seem to think it is OK that customers have to jump through hoops to secure a refund for an order Martins cancelled because their website wasn't working as they wanted. They could have easily paid the couple of pounds the delivery would have cost and retained the goodwill of the customer.

Fantastic Service
I wanted to buy my daughter and her husband a Miele Washer and Dryer to replace a useless combination appliance. They love to shop at John Lewis but they did not have the machines in stock. After weeks of frustration going backwards and forwards we thought of Martins, who fitted our own kitchen two years ago. Martins had both machines in stock and within half an hour of making contact, they were purchased and George quickly obtained a stacking kit and arranged delivery to Greenwich!
Initially we had some concerns about the plumbing, which was easily resolved by the appliance engineers, who delivered and installed the machines, on time, on the agreed day, and also removed the old machine. George assured us they would make everything work and they did.
He was an absolute star and it was so nice to be able to talk to someone who clearly wanted to help get the job done and overcome any problems. The price was also very competitive.
I have had a Miele washer for 20 years so can also highly recommend Miele. Well done Martins, I wish I had contacted you weeks ago! I now have a very happy daughter who loves her shiny new machines!

I was recommended Martins by a friend and was a little hesitant to purchase an expensive fridge freezer unseen as it were during Covid restrictions. However, I need not have worried. I received excellent service all round. Within 24 hours the item was delivered, installed and the old appliance taken away. In difficult times due to the pandemic the installation was done efficiently, politely and adhering to all social distancing etc. Fantastic!
I will definitely look to Martins for future purchases without hesitation and recommend them where I can!

We bought the white goods for our kitchen from Martins of Hawkhurst. I had my heart set on a taller dishwasher and other suppliers has told me it wasn't possible, someone recommended I try Martins of Hawkhurst and Scott was able to advise me on the installation and the price was the best I could find. I was really impressed and order all of our white goods from them, the price was again very competitive and they had a great selection of goods. Based on my experience I would heartily recommend Martins, if we were shopping around for a kitchen again I would probably go to them for the kitchen as well.
