Excellent service. I came to Martin with a seized lawnmower, which I feared may be the end of its days... Martin quickly identified the issue, replaced the gearbox at a very reasonable price, and provided a very friendly and professional service througout. The lawnmower looks and runs like new now. Would definitely use again, and recommend to others.

Having struggled to get my McAlister 125cc petrol lawn mower started after being in my
cold damp shed over winter - I

Checking the reviews I chose Martin Keir Forest and Garden Machinery. I dropped it off at his business in Galgate and a few days later I had it back fully serviced - blades sharpened engine tuned up and ready for my lawn to look good again.
Martin gave me some mechanical advice about caring and storage. A very kind and patient person. Now booked for periodic service

Had some difficulty getting my Titan hedge trimmer going and thought it may be the plugs or fuel feed. Martin was a huge help and got my trimmer going in a jiffy, not to mention the advice and post fix support. What a delightful little gem of a workshop and a huge help Martin Keir is. Best support in the Lancaster area for this nature of maintenance. I won’t go to anybody else now and would advise anybody with 2 stroke/ petrol garden equipment to use this maintenance service. Highly highly recommend.
