The store itself is lovely, the people who work there are nice, but i went shopping there today and i was the only person out of about 8 customers who was wearing a mask and they weren't even encouraged to wear one, there was a sign up for it and the store says its following government policy for covid 19, but they need to step up their efforts in at least encouraging people to wear masks, even as I was leaving the store there were more people waliking in without masks.

My 48 year old friend is there in end of life care & they are very good with her, odd couple of staff could be a bit better mannered but over all they are really nice, great with visitors offering drinks & snacks, they even brought me a meal at dinnertime wen I didn't ask, room decorated how she wanted it, u do pay for the materials but it is worth it if it makes it more homely,
